While walking home from an activity with my boys, I looked up to see a rising full moon while the Sakura were in bloom. Petals were falling and green leaves starting to grow in. While the photo did not capture what it was like in that moment, I could not wait to paint it. A rising moon at twilight, when the light and dark , sun and moon, share the stage for a transitional moment.

A reminder of our transitions and new beginnings happening in unexpected ways or timing. There are times when the fresh starts happen just when we need or want them. And there are other times when we least expect.

Mailing + Local Pick-up dates are as follows: March 27, April 2, April 15—May 3. Shipping from Japan with USPS priority typically takes 1-3 weeks if traveling to the USA.
