Cradle of Spring
Cradle of Spring
This piece sums up some of my favorite views of the trees and blooms. The crevices and nooks of the heavily textured bark holding little treasures of lively Sakura.
“Cradle of Spring” portrays the older moss-covered Sakura trees here in Japan. They survive through extreme weather and temperatures, yet birth delicate beauty each spring. The Sakura have become the symbol of new beginnings in Japan, and this piece pays tribute to the new life and beginnings that come with this time of year.
This piece is ready to hang in a beautiful, 3 inch deep, handcrafted frame. It is willing to be the balance of earthy colors and pops of delightful pink and white sakura for your home or office.
