To Hold in Gentleness
To Hold in Gentleness
One of the first paintings I started in 2021 for the Sakura Collection but added finishing details in 2023, “To Hold in Gentleness” aims to portray the texture of the tree trunks with thick paint texture and a variety of green mosses to capture the layers of moss the trees have around here. The blooms are carefully painted with a smooth and delicate texture.
A beautiful piece that captures an intimate detailed scene and context for the Sakura season. This painting can symbolize the gentleness in which we hold our precious memories. While the weather of life takes its toll on us each, we hold on the the good, the beautiful to make it through the rough times.
